Dr. G. Sivaramaiah M.Sc., Ph.D. is Principal of Govt. Degree College, Valmikipuram (Vayalpad), Chittoor District. His original name is Venkatarayala Chakravarthy Gobburu, Kadapa, Andhrapradesh. His Father name is Sri. Narasimharayala Charkravarthy Gobburu, Kadapa, Andhrapradesh. His Mother name is Smt. Subbalakshumma Gobburu, Kadapa, Andhrapradesh.

He studied B.Sc. MPC (E/M) and M.Sc. Physics from S.V.Univerisity, Tirupati during 1991 and 1993. He did Ph.D. in Physics from S.V.University, Tirupati, Chittoor District during 2005 and has got Gold Medal. He obtained Distinction in B.Sc. and First Rank in M.Sc. Physics. He has got Gold Medal in M.Sc. Physics. He has qualified in CSIR NET during 1993 and has got Gold Medal. He has qualified in UGC NET during 1995 and has got Gold Medal. He has qualified in National Talent Test in 1996 conducted by CSIR New Delhi. He has got 10 Lakh Cash award and gold medal for getting through the examinations, he is only one candidate to get through the examination India wide, 13 Lakh Lectures wrote that examination during 1996. He did PDF from USA and Canada during 2008-2009 and has got gold medals for the research courses. He is state best teacher awardee 2015 for top API score in the state for 2014-2015 academic year. He is state teacher awardee 2017 and recipient of gold medal. He is INSA Teacher awardee 2018. He is best director awardee 2018 and best researcher awardee 2018 by eetcrs noida Newdelhi. He is recipient of indira priyadarshini award 2017 and national integration awardee 2018 by health care international Hyderabad. He is recipient of two gold medals in service for two Janmabhumi programmes conducted by state govt of andhrapradesh. He worked at Directorate from 20-01-2005 to 30-10-2025 at Mangalagiri, Guntur District, Andhrapradesh. He has published more than 50 Publications in Peer reviewed and good Impact Factor International Journals. He has Published Four National Books and One International Book.

He mainly focuses on Admissions, Results, Research and Extension activities. He also focuses on Teachers Teaching, regularity and help to students regarding better understanding, notes, special guidance for slow learners. He also focuses on Teachers role on Seminars, Conferences, Workshops, Minor and Major research projects. He also focuses on Teachers publications and books. He daily makes rounds around class rooms and advises Teachers to take classes in-time and give his ideas and suggestions for increasing more results and reducing students bore and regularity of students. The Lectures will help to students in all aspects. This is a good Govt. Degree College in the State of Andhrapradesh with good facilities such as good class rooms, Library, Laboratories, separate Staff Rooms, Women Waiting Room, Computers, Internet, Playground and Gym etc.,. The students have good future who have educated form this Govt. Degree College, Valmikipuram, Chittoor District.  

The Principal of this college will conduct job drives form various companies of Andhrapradesh and India for reducing unemployment in Valmikipuram and Chittoor District. The Principal of this college has conducted many job drives and gave placements to students inside and outside since January 2020.
